See today's reading(2012-05-19) [Greek only] [Di-glot]
You can add this feature to your site or desktop using several different methods, including the method popularized by Zhubert (alas now defunct). Follow the instructions below. It is our plan to offer a Vulgate diglot or triglot version in the near future (June 2009), so if this interests you please check back.
The simplest way to place this on your site is with a simple link:
for the greek only version:
<a href='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/reading.php'>Daily Greek Reading from www.biblegreek.net</a>
Which will appear on your site as:
Daily Greek Reading from www.biblegreek.net
or this for the greek/kjv di-glot version
<a href='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/reading.php?kjv=true'>Daily Greek Reading from www.biblegreek.net</a>
Which will appear on your site as:
Daily Greek/English (KJV) Reading from www.biblegreek.net
The link color will vary depending on your settings or style sheet.
Paste the following where you want the Greek to appear
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/javascript.php'>
</script>
<noscript>
<a href='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/reading.php'>
</noscript>
This will appear as follows on your web site:
To add the complete reading to your site, add the following:
<iframe height='250' width='600' src='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/reading_pf.php'> Your browser does not support Iframes <a href='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/index.php' target='new'>Click here</a> </iframe>
Use this if you want the di-glot version to appear:
<iframe height='250' width='600' src='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/reading_pf.php?kjv=true'> Your browser does not support Iframes <a href='http://www.biblegreek.net/dailypassage/index.php' target='new'>Click here</a> </iframe>
This is how the Greek only version should appear on your site:
Adjust the size of the frame by altering the 'width' and 'height' attributes (in pixels) of the Iframe.
Simply click on one of these links then save the page to your desk top [Greek only] [Di-glot]
