This lectionary is an ongoing project, which follows the Sunday and Saint's days lectionary of the Episcopal Church in the USA. see http://www.satucket.com/lectionary/. Since 2007 this has been the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL) which is followed by most of the Protestant Churches as well as the Roman Catholic Church with some modifications (see below). Since the beginning of 2009, all readings have been given in a Di-glot form. The English Translation used is the KJV, even though it does not always match with the Greek Signature (Textus Receptus of John) that is used. RSV translations can be obtained from http://www.satucket.com/lectionary/.Another good resource on the RCL is the Vaderbilt School of Divinity lectionary pages - http://divinity.library.vanderbilt.edu/lectionary/

See A table of the complete list of readings, Psalms, OT, NT, and Gospel for the 3 year cycle of the lectionary.

To calculate the date of Easter see http://aa.usno.navy.mil/faq/docs/easter.php. Ash Wednesday is always 46 days before Easter

The revised common lectionary is a three year cyle of Sunday and Saint Day readings:

The Lectionary Year begins with the first week of Advent.
